Here i bring you one of the best dips in the world! It’s fresh, yummy and light, you don’t have to be counting calories
If you’ve tried it in some restaurants or places, you may find some slightly differences depending on the origin, for example the Moroccan one is with mint but the Greek one usually puts parsley. Try both and keep the one you love.
Time: 15 min Portions: 4
- 1 big cucumber
- 1 natural Greek yogurt
- Garlic, salt & pepper, cumin, parsley or mint.
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Peel the cucumber.
- Grate the cucumber carefully, and drain the juice.
- Add the yogurt, the spices and the oil and mix it.
- Prepare your chips or toast and dip in
